Projects/Programming
I have been involved in a number of projects over the years to facilitate programs for groups of individuals. Examples include: co-facilitating group counselling, designing weekly workshops for the provincial government, and developing events to promote mental health initiatives.
Speaking Events
I have spoken at a number of events on topics of wellness and mental health, identifying and responding to those in distress, and self-care and compassion fatigue.
Workshops
Events can be developed based on a variety of topics including those mentioned above or other topics. Some examples may include managing emotions, sleep, communication, and public speaking.
