Everyone has different needs when it comes to the amount of sleep one should be getting. However, it is recommended that we need between 6 and 9 hours per night. When we receive more or less sleep than this amount our functioning can become disrupted.

What are signs you are having trouble with sleep?


- Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep

- Feeling foggy
